My passion is helping individuals access effective care to regain progress and improve wellness when health concerns are complex, unresolved, or difficult to navigate. I specialize in identifying and removing barriers to care, preparing for medical appointments, supporting follow-up, and helping clients think through complex health decisions – all while working toward better quality of life.

Available worldwide, one hour phone call sessions entail in-depth discussion and strategy planning. Short-notice, evening, and weekend follow up sessions are available.

To provide individuals the highest quality support, I uphold the standard of practice and code of ethics as defined by the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy (NAHAC). I believe quality health navigation and patient advocacy should be accessible to the individuals and families who need it.
