My passion is helping individuals access effective and financially sustainable care to regain progress and improve wellness. I specialize in identifying and removing barriers to care, preparing for appointments, supporting follow-up, and helping clients navigate complex decisions – all while working toward a better quality of life.

One hour phone call sessions entail in-depth discussion and strategy planning. Short-notice, evening, and weekend follow up sessions are available.

To provide individuals the highest quality support, I uphold the standard of practice and code of ethics as defined by the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy (NAHAC). I believe quality health navigation and patient advocacy should be accessible to the individuals and families who need it.
