My first experience with health navigation came through my own need for a comprehensive and personalized approach, having to adapt to difficult-to-treat and incurable conditions in my life. From age 8, my leading specialists thoughtfully suggested to me to accept “my new normal” after myelin sheath damage. In my twenties, I developed and recovered from autonomic nervous system dysfunction. In my thirties, I have sought diagnosis and management for a rare disease of the neuromuscular junction. I have invested significant effort and heart to investigate new care concepts and strategies in my quest for targeted support and condition management. I am pleased to share that degeneration of my condition has halted and I continue to experience symptom improvement each year.
While our health pathways are unique to each of us, I have gained a number of skills and knowledge that make navigating cumbersome health scenarios more fulfilling and efficient. I have been honored to assist many with their health pathways through the years. To best support others, I uphold the standard of practice and code of ethics defined by the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy (NAHAC).
I hold past experience as a certified neuroplasticity-based coach. I have had the unique opportunity to gain insight from the daily, long-term experiences of hundreds of individuals with various unmanaged conditions in a professional, non-medical setting. This has helped pave the way for what I do now.

Individuals with unmanaged conditions can feel the need for more meaningful treatment and practical solutions, and my heart lies in seeing to these needs being fulfilled. As a coach and ally, I help individuals identify what they may need to regain progress and wellness. I wish to assist these brave individuals.
