I have invested significant effort and heart into new care concepts and strategies in my quest for condition management throughout my life. As a child, I experienced acute myelin sheath damage. In my twenties, I acquired and recovered from hyperadrenergic POTS. In adulthood, I developed a rare disease of the neuromuscular junction. I am pleased to share my condition is stabilized and I continue to experience symptom improvement each year. I adore spending time with my husband, our two children and our families, and our beloved birds.
I hold experience as a certified neuroplasticity-based coach, where I gained insight from the daily, long-term experiences of hundreds of individuals with various conditions. This helped pave the way for what I do now.
While our health pathways are unique to each of us, I help make navigating cumbersome health scenarios more fulfilling and efficient. As a Health Navigation Coach, I have been honored to assist many with their health pathways through the years. To best support others, I uphold the standard of practice and code of ethics defined by the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy (NAHAC).
Why am I a Health Navigation Coach?
Too often there is a gap identifying what an individual needs for adequate condition management. My heart lies in seeing to these needs being fulfilled. I help individuals identify what they may need to regain progress and wellness. I approach coaching with compassion and creativity, and it is an honor assisting these brave individuals.
Why a Nuthatch?
