My passion is helping those with unmanaged conditions benefit in a comprehensive and personalized approach for each situation.
I offer relaxed one hour phone call or Zoom sessions to accommodate detailed discussion of your experiences and our exploration of new ideas and strategies. I also offer a convenient video message option which allows you to express your questions in writing and receive a Zoom recording from me with my feedback and reflections.
